Thank you a lot for this giveaway. i would recommend you to read River Road by Suzanne johnson ( it's book 2 in teh sentinel of new orleans series but can be read alone since it give you a better idea of the style , direction the series will go.)
ReplyDeletefirst book is well written ( though river road show how much the author did improve) but the setting take place in the new orleans during katrina so it describe really well but there is less humour ( normal for the setting but teh series does have humour , action and a touch of romance)

Happy Blogoversary to you! I would like to recommend the Soul Screamers series by Rachel Vincent! The best paranormal series I've ever read. It's really unique (there are not many books about banshees out there) and they're amazingly written and addictive! :D The final book comes out in a few days, so you won't have to wait for the sequels to come out. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for the giveaway!

Woohoo! Congrats on making a year! You must feel so proud of yourself! I have yet to experience the feeling!
ReplyDeleteI would suggest Game of Thrones by George RR Martin. That is like the best-est series ever. Such powerful narratives, a host of complex characters, and fantastical elements that are not too overbearing, yet intriguing.
Congrats again!

Happy Blogoversary!
ReplyDeleteOkay, I'm going to go with two recommendations that are old favorites of mine that I read years before I even knew what blogging was!
The first is Demon in My View by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes! This was my first vampire book and it started my obsession with them!
The second is Old Magic by Marianne Curley. This was likely my first "magic" book outside Harry Potter! And there's time traveling in it, so very very cool!

Hi My name is Anne and I want to enter the giveaway. I like your blog a lot but do not comment much because I have severe writer's block. I had a stroke a few years ago and all my creative bits of brain must have fallen out on the OR floor. I like to read Historical Romances A LOT. It's fantasy but rooted in the real world. I like all the coy virgins and rakish rogues. So please review more of them. Thanks for the giveaway.
